What Does an Ideal Candidate Look Like?

A Candidate Should:

  • Have some prior business and sales experience (but not necessarily with mattresses or furniture)
  • Be committed to top-notch customer service and growing the America’s Mattress brand
  • Have the investment capital to open and operate for a minimum of three months while business stabilizes
  • Commit to operating their business during traditional “retail hours”
  • Accept guidance and direction regarding brand experience

A Candidate Should Not:

  • Be seeking a passive investment in a business
  • Sacrifice quality to save money – for instance in advertising or site location
  • Have other active business ventures that will substantially detract from the growth of their America’s Mattress business
